Pay10 Biz App
How do I sign up as a merchant?
- Register through the Pay10 Biz App or reach out to the Pay10 Merchant Support Team for manual onboarding.
- Submit the required documents, including but not limited to your CR (Commercial Registration), Company Documents, CPR ID’s, and Bank Details.
- Once approved, you will receive your login credentials on the registered email address.
Is there a fee to create a merchant account?
There is no fee to create a merchant account with Pay10. For using Pay10 Biz App, only transaction charges are applied as per the rates outlined in your Merchant Agreement. For more details, please refer to the Merchant Agreement and/ or Schedule of Charges (SOC).
How long does it take to get my account approved?
Account approval can either be instant or take up to 2 Business Days, depending on your business license type and category.
You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your account is activated.
Can I change my business type once my account is created?
Once your registration is complete, the business type cannot be changed directly. Please contact the Pay10 Merchant Support Team for assistance—they will guide you through the necessary steps.

Can I have a bank account in any digital bank and receive settlements?
Yes, you can receive settlements in a digital bank account in BHD, provided that the account is registered under the same business name as shown on your trade license.
Account Configuration
I have completed onboarding. How do I set up my password?
You’ll receive an activation email with your Pay10 Biz app login credentials (temporary). You must set a new password through the app
How to reset my password?
Simply tap on the “Forgot Password” option in the Pay10 Biz App login screen. Enter your registered email address with Pay10 and you will receive instructions to reset your password via email
How to unlock Pay10 Biz account?
If your account is locked, please contact our Merchant support team to verify your identity and assist you regain access.

How do I change the registered phone number or email of my account?
Please contact our Merchant support team OR send an email from your registered email. Our Merchant support team will then guide you through the next steps.

Where can I find my Merchant ID?
You can find your Merchant ID in the Pay10 Biz App by navigating to Profile > Accounts > Merchant Information > Show QR Code
QR Payments
How can I accept payments using the Pay10 Biz app?
You can accept payments through the Pay10 Biz App using Dynamic QR code:
- Dynamic QR codes are created for each individual transaction with the exact payment amount pre-filled.
- This ensures:
- No risk of customers entering the wrong amount
- Faster and more accurate payments
- Better for tracking and reconciliation
How to generate a QR code from Pay10 Biz App?
Tap “Checkout” on the Pay10 Biz app homepage, enter the payment amount, and the app will generate a QR code which customers can then scan and make payment.
Can I use a single QR code for multiple payments?
No, Dynamic QR codes are designed for single use only. Once it’s used, a new QR code must be generated for the next transaction.
Are there any transaction limits for Pay10 merchants to accept?
Yes, you can receive payments of up to BHD 2,500 per Pay10 user per transaction.
Customer amount is debited, but I haven’t received a notification.
Transaction status gets updated in real time. Please refresh and check your Pay10 Biz App homepage.
If the transaction still doesn’t appear, kindly ask the customer to provide proof of payment, including:
- Transaction ID
- Date
- Mobile Number
- Amount
Once you have this information, contact the Pay10 Merchant Support Team with the details to help resolve the issue.
Note: Customers can also view all transaction details in their Pay10 Customer App.
What is the settlement process and how long does it take to receive funds?
Pay10 offers quick settlements for merchants. To withdraw funds, select the Transfer/Withdraw option and enter the amount. If the transfer is routed through Fawri+, withdrawals up to BHD 100 have no fee, while amounts above BHD 100 incur a fee of BHD 0.100 + 10% VAT, and the funds are paid instantly. If the transaction is routed through Fawri, a fee of BHD 0.100 + 10% VAT applies regardless of the amount, and the transfer is processed in batches.
Please note that settlements may be delayed on weekends or bank holidays due to bank processing timelines
Do I need a POS machine to accept payments?
A POS machine is an additional payment channel you can use to accept payments from customers. However, the Pay10 Biz App lets you accept payments easily using QR code
For what duration is transaction history available through the application?
You can access transaction history for up to 1 year from the date you search within the Pay10 Biz App. For records older than 1 year, please reach out to the Pay10 Merchant Support team for assistance.
Can customers from other countries use their wallets to pay me?
Currently, Pay10 merchants can only accept domestic payments within Bahrain. Payments from wallets registered outside Bahrain are not supported at this time. However, expanding to support international wallet payments is part of our roadmap and will be available soon.
Is there a dashboard to track transactions?
Yes, the Pay10 Biz App provides a dashboard where you can view and track your recent transactions directly from the homepage.
Refunds
Can I issue refunds through the Pay10 biz app?
Yes, you can issue refunds directly through the Pay10 Biz App. The refunded amount will be credited back to the customer’s Pay10 wallet balance.
How to initiate a refund?
To initiate refund:
- Go to Transaction History in the Pay10 Biz App or web portal
- Select the transaction you wish to refund
- Tap “Refund” and confirm the action
The full amount will then be credited back to the customer’s Pay10 wallet balance or Bank Account.
What are the refund timelines?
Refunds are processed instantly, if there is sufficient balance available in your Pay10 Biz wallet.
Can we do partial refunds as well?
Partial refunds feature is coming soon in Pay10 biz app.
What if I don’t have a balance in my Pay10 Biz wallet and want to refund?
Refunds can only be processed if your Pay10 Biz wallet has sufficient balance. For further assistance, please contact Pay10 Merchant Support:

How can I access my transaction report?
You can view your transactions under “Recent Transactions” on the homepage of the Pay10 Biz App.
An advanced reporting feature through the Pay10 Merchant Portal is coming soon.

Will Pay10 provide me a VAT statement every month?
Yes, Pay10 will send your monthly VAT statement to your registered email address.
Settlements
How can I change my bank account for settlement?
To update your settlement bank account, please submit a bank account IBAN confirmation letter to the Pay10 Merchant Support Team.

I didn’t receive my settlement. What should I do?
Please check your Pay10 Biz App wallet under Recent Transactions for the transaction ID related to your settlement request.
If the settlement hasn’t arrived, contact the Pay10 Merchant Support Team and provide them with the transaction ID so they can assist you.

Pay10 is a licensed entity regulated by the Central Bank of Bahrain, and your data security is our top priority. All data and transactions are protected through advanced encryption and tokenization.

There are multiple products from Pay10. How do I know which one is best for my business?
You can contact us directly at sales@pay10.bh. Our Merchant Success team will assess your business needs and recommend the best product mix whether QR, POS, or others.
Do you support cryptocurrency business models?
No. Pay10 does not support crypto trading, crypto exchanges, or any virtual asset services currently.
